About Us

Welcome to Care Group Community Services, we're a registered NDIS Provider providing Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Housing and support services throughout NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD.

Established in 2019, we arose from a deep recognition of the need for culturally diverse and compassionate support. Our mission is to build meaningful, lasting relationships with everyone we assist. With decades of industry experience and a dedicated network of skilled Pacific Island staff, we began as Care Group NSW, a full-service disability support provider. In 2022, we embraced a new identity as Care Group Community Services to better reflect our expanded vision.

We are here to uplift communities and ease challenges through exceptional support services. Whether it’s Supported Independent Living, inclusive and SDA accommodation, or emergency care, we’re committed to providing tailored, around-the-clock support. Our passionate team delivers personalised care with a comprehensive range of services—spanning in-depth frameworks, expert staffing, and custom support solutions. By partnering closely with families, guardians, Support Coordinators, and other key stakeholders, we ensure each individual receives the unique support they need.
